Shoes that are unworn may be exchanged for a new size (if available),store credit on your account, or you can receive a full refund on the credit card used for purchasing if return is made within 7 days of purchase date. Clearance items are non-refundable.
T. Georgiano's prides itself on guest service. We stand behind our products 100%. Every product is genuine. It is not always possible to eliminate small imperfections, slight variations in color, or streaking, not even with the most careful selection of skins. Such characteristics therefore should not be considered as defects; rather they are the features of a natural product. Every shoe is checked thoroughly prior to shipping and will only leave in top condition.
T.Georgiano's will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 30 days of receipt of your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 45 days of when the authorization was issued.

Saturday: 10 am until 5 pm eastern standard time
All refused shipments will be charged double the shipping fee to cover transportation costs both ways. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card.

T.Georgiano's guarantees against manufacturer's defects within 60 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the shoes are defective and were purchased from this website please contact customer support at 941-870-3727
We will accept and honor an exchange for an item if request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want for an exchange, we want to ensure we will have what you want at that time. Therefore we suggest you place a new order for the style and color you want and then call customer service at 941-870-3727 or email us at email@example.com to get return authorization and send the item back to us as a return. When you contact customer service please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received back at our warehouse. Exchanges do qualify for a full refund.
