Return Policy 
Returns must be received within 14 days of arrival date. 
Items must be unworn and in the same condition as they were received. We strongly encourage against the return of apparel, but will accept it if item absolutely does not fit and will happily exchange for another size if available. 

E-mail with your order number and we will contact you within 24 hours upon request. You can also use the Message Us pop up icon on the website.

Items that are unworn may be exchanged for a new size (if available),store credit on your account, or you can receive a full refund on the credit card used for purchasing if return is made within 14 days of purchase date. Clearance items and accessories are non-refundable.

Return Information 
T. Georgiano's prides itself on guest service. We stand behind our products 100%. Every product is genuine. It is not always possible to eliminate small imperfections, slight variations in color, or streaking, not even with the most careful selection of skins or fabrics. Such characteristics therefore should not be considered as defects; rather they are the features of a natural product. Every item is checked thoroughly prior to shipping and will only leave in top condition.

T.Georgiano's will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 14 days of receipt of your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 14 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 14 days of when the authorization was issued.

Monday to Saturday: 10 am-5pm eastern standard time (due to COVID-19 our hours of operation may vary. Best to email us if any questions arise )

All refused shipments will be charged double the shipping fee to cover transportation costs both ways. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card.

T.Georgiano's guarantees against manufacturer's defects within 30 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the items are defective and were purchased from this website please contact customer support at 941-870-3727 or


We will accept and honor an exchange for an item if request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want for an exchange, we want to ensure we will have what you want at that time. Therefore we suggest you place a new order for the style and color you want and then call customer service at 941-870-3727 or email us at to get return authorization and send the item back to us as a return. When you contact customer service please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received back at our warehouse.
